Service Quality Issues: If the delivered manuscript or publication support service substantially fails to meet the agreed academic standards or service description, a partial or full refund may be issued, depending on the extent of deviation from expectations and evidence provided by the client.
Unsatisfactory Revisions: If the client has requested revisions under our revision policy and the final outcome still falls significantly short of the promised quality despite multiple revision attempts, a refund may be considered after internal quality evaluation.
